FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
Practical answers about WPSE services, pricing, and next steps.
What kinds of WordPress work does WPSE handle?
One-time fixes, WooCommerce issues, malware cleanup, speed optimization, development tasks, and ongoing maintenance plans.
Should I choose a one-time fix or a maintenance plan?
Choose a one-time fix when something specific is broken. Choose a maintenance plan if you want updates, backups, monitoring, and support handled every month.
How does pricing work?
Common services have a published price or starting price. You review the scope and price before any work proceeds.
What does “fixed or you don’t pay” mean?
For eligible one-time fixes, if we cannot complete the agreed work, you are not charged for that attempt under the Service Guarantee terms.
Do I need to share my admin password?
No passwords are collected when you submit a request. If access is needed, we arrange temporary access through a secure channel after the scope is confirmed.
Can I get a free website review first?
Yes. Request a Free Website Review for high-level observations and a recommended next step before you buy anything.
Do you work with agencies?
Yes, agencies can request fixes and maintenance for client sites. We do not offer a white-label program yet.
Who does the work?
WordPress specialists on the WPSE team. Requests are not passed to a freelancer marketplace.
