Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to services provided through wpse.co by DIGITAL BRAND DEVELOPMENT LIMITED COMPANY ("WPSE", "we", "us"). By requesting or paying for a service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Our services

WPSE provides WordPress technical services, including one-time fixes, WooCommerce support, malware removal, speed optimization, migrations, custom development tasks, free website reviews, and recurring maintenance plans. Service descriptions and prices are published on our website.

2. Scope and quotes

  • Every request is reviewed before work begins. We confirm the scope, price, and estimated delivery with you in writing, by email or in your support ticket.
  • Work outside the confirmed scope needs a new or updated quote. We will not start out-of-scope work without your approval.
  • Delivery times are estimates unless we agree a deadline in writing.
  • Prices marked "From" are starting prices. The final price is confirmed after a scope review.

3. Your responsibilities

  • You confirm that you own the website or are authorized to request work on it.
  • You keep a current backup of your website before work starts, unless your maintenance plan includes backups.
  • If we need access, you provide temporary credentials through the secure channel we specify. Please do not send passwords in request forms or ordinary email, and change or revoke access after the work is complete.
  • You give accurate information about the problem and answer our questions within a reasonable time.

4. Payment

  • One-time services are paid in advance after the scope is confirmed, unless we agree otherwise.
  • Payments are processed by PayPal. You can pay with a PayPal account or a supported debit or credit card. WPSE never sees or stores your full card details.
  • Charges may appear on your statement under PayPal and the name of our company.
  • Prices are in US dollars. You are responsible for any taxes, currency conversion, or bank fees charged in your own country.
  • The first-order discount (code FIRST30, 30% off) applies once per customer to eligible one-time services only, and not to maintenance plans.

5. Maintenance plans

  • Maintenance plans renew automatically each billing period (monthly, quarterly, or annually) until cancelled.
  • Each plan covers the number of sites and the services listed for it. Included support is fair-use and limited to covered maintenance topics.
  • You can cancel at any time from your account or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period, and we do not refund partial periods.
  • If a renewal payment fails, the subscription becomes past due. After a 7-day grace period, coverage and included support are paused until payment is made.

6. Service Guarantee

Eligible one-time fixes are covered by our Service Guarantee, which explains the conditions and exclusions.

7. Limitation of liability

  • We perform services with reasonable care and skill. WordPress sites depend on hosting, third-party plugins, themes, and services outside our control, and we are not responsible for failures caused by them.
  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service concerned or, for maintenance plans, the fees you paid in the 3 months before the claim.
  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost revenue, lost data, or lost profits.

8. Intellectual property

Code, content, and configuration we create specifically for your website belong to you once paid in full. We may reuse general know-how, techniques, and code that is not specific to you.

9. Confidentiality

We treat information and access you share with us as confidential and use it only to deliver the service. See our Privacy Policy.

10. Termination

Either party may end a service relationship by written notice. You pay for work completed up to that point. We may refuse or stop work that is unlawful or abusive, or that puts our systems at risk.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The version published on this page when you confirm an order applies to that order.

12. Governing law and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. We will first try to resolve any dispute with you in good faith. Questions about these Terms: info@wpse.co.
