This policy explains how DIGITAL BRAND DEVELOPMENT LIMITED COMPANY ("WPSE", "we") collects and uses personal information on wpse.co.

Information you give us
- Contact details: name, email address, and an optional phone number.
- Website details: your site address and the description of the problem or goals you share.
- Files you upload with a request, such as screenshots.
- Account details if you create a client account: name, email, and password (stored only as a secure hash).
- Messages you send in support tickets.
Information collected automatically
- Technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, used for security, rate limiting, and running the site.
- Cookies needed to keep you signed in to your account. We do not use advertising cookies.
What we do not collect through our forms
- We do not ask for website passwords in request forms. If temporary access is needed, we arrange it through a secure channel after the scope is confirmed.
- Payments are handled by PayPal. We receive confirmation of the payment, the amount, and a transaction reference, but never your full card or bank details.
How we use information
- To review your request, confirm scope and price, and deliver the service.
- To send emails about your request, order, review, ticket, or subscription.
- To manage your account and maintenance plan.
- To protect the site against spam and abuse.
- To meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations.
We do not sell your personal information.
Service providers
We share information only with providers that help us run the service:
- Hosting: Contabo GmbH (our server, which also sends our email).
- Payments: PayPal.
These providers may process data outside your country. We share only what they need to provide their service.
How long we keep information
- Requests, orders, and support tickets: for as long as needed to provide the service, and payment and invoice records for as long as Vietnamese accounting law requires (up to 10 years).
- Free website review requests that do not become orders: 12 months.
- Client accounts: until you ask us to delete them, subject to the accounting records above.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to stop sending non-essential emails, by writing to info@wpse.co. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law, and we will honor them.
Security
We use HTTPS, access controls, and secure tokens for order and ticket links. No system is perfectly secure, so please never send passwords or secrets through forms or ordinary email.
Changes
We may update this policy and will change the date above when we do.
